Paid Evaluation After Fit Is Established

$250 Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package

The Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package can include a site visit, photographs, measurements, review of visible conditions, repair-path development, material and access considerations, labor planning, and a written proposal.

What the Evaluation Can Include

  • Site visit when qualification confirms it is the right next step
  • Photographs and measurements of visible conditions
  • Repair-path development and scope assumptions
  • Material, access, staging, and labor planning
  • Written proposal with exclusions and change-order notes

When It Is Appropriate

  • Multiple concrete repair locations
  • HOA, apartment, multifamily, commercial, or property-management scope
  • Railing-post damage, exposed reinforcement, repeated failed patches, or drainage concerns
  • Access planning, tenant notices, phased work, permits, measurements, or owner presentation requirements
  • Repair-versus-replacement questions that cannot be answered responsibly from photographs

What the Fee Does Not Promise

The $250 is an evaluation and proposal-preparation fee. It is not a promise that every condition can be repaired, and it does not guarantee permit, engineering, scheduling, or price outcomes.

Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package Credit: -$250

The $250 is credited back if the construction project is approved within 30 days.

What Happens After Payment

After qualification, Austin confirms the evaluation path, information needed, access constraints, and whether the project appears to require specialty or design-professional review.

What to Prepare

Prepare photos, the full property address, affected locations, approximate dimensions, water or drainage observations, access notes, onsite contact details, prior patch history, and any HOA or property-manager requirements.
