About the Specialty Service
Concrete repair backed by All World Construction
All World Concrete Repair is a specialty repair service of All World Construction LLC. CSLB #1063936.
Owned by Austin Mitchell, AWC is a San Diego County general contractor for residential, HOA, apartment, and commercial property repairs.
Repair-Focused Concrete Work
All World Concrete Repair handles repair-focused concrete work for homes, apartments, HOAs, and managed properties across San Diego County. The company reviews visible damage, checks the conditions around the failure, and recommends repair, partial replacement, or a broader site evaluation based on the actual property.
Concrete damage can cross into other trades
A damaged edge may involve a railing post. A failed patio patch may involve drainage or the wall beside it. AWC can coordinate concrete work with related waterproofing, framing, stucco, plumbing, and finish repairs when those trades belong in the approved scope.
The process starts with the visible condition, a clear repair recommendation, and a written scope. Preparation, access, finish expectations, exclusions, photographs, and hidden-condition decisions should be understood before work proceeds.
License and repair scope
The legal business is All World Construction LLC. All World Concrete Repair is not a separate contractor entity. The service does not advertise foundation repair, slab lifting, structural slab design, major retaining-wall engineering, soil stabilization, post-tension slab repair, or seismic concrete work.
