When field verification is needed, Austin confirms the scope and fee for the $250 Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package before payment or a site visit is arranged. The $250 is credited back if the construction project is approved within 30 days.
Where meaningful choices exist, Good, Better, and Best repair approaches may be presented, with Better marked as Recommended.
Complete the approved removal, preparation, reinforcement, forming, repair, replacement, drainage, railing, coating, finish, and related work applicable to the written scope.
Provide available before, during, and after photos, notes, product information, permit or inspection records when applicable, and a repair summary for the owner’s file.
