Concrete Repair Process

From Photos to a Documented Concrete Repair

The process keeps early review practical, moves detailed scoping into the paid evaluation when needed, and keeps approved work tied to the written proposal.

Process Steps

  1. 1

Send Project Details and Text Photos

The customer submits the basic project information, then texts photos and the property address directly to Austin.

  2. 2

    Initial Fit Review

AWC reviews visible conditions to determine whether the request appears suitable for photo review, a site visit, a paid written bid package, or a specialty/design-professional referral.

  3. 3

    Site Evaluation and Scope Verification

For detailed measurements, multiple locations, uncertain causes, multi-trade conditions, HOA or property-manager work, or a written bid package, the $250 evaluation fee is paid. The fee is credited back if the construction project is approved within 30 days.

  4. 4

    Repair Options and Written Bid

Where meaningful choices exist, Good, Better, and Best repair approaches may be presented, with Better marked as Recommended.

  5. 5

    Approved Repair Work

Complete the approved removal, preparation, reinforcement, forming, repair, replacement, drainage, railing, coating, finish, and related work applicable to the written scope.

  6. 6

    Documentation and Closeout

Provide available before, during, and after photos, notes, product information, permit or inspection records when applicable, and a repair summary for the owner’s file.
