The lead form collects contact details, property details, project description, preferred contact method, attribution parameters, and a spam-prevention honeypot field. Browser user agent data may be used only when needed for basic fraud prevention or troubleshooting.

Analytics are disabled by default, require consent when enabled, and are designed to exclude name, phone, email, street address, project descriptions, submission IDs, and tenant information. Lead information may be retained in Zapier, Outlook, and GoHighLevel according to those account settings and business follow-up needs.
